GETTING HERE

By car
From Hradec Kralové in the direction of Trutnov and Svobody nad Úpou, then along the road 296 and in the direction of Pec pod Sněžkou. There are paid parking lots in the village and breakdown parking on arrival. Parking at Ski Pec and Skiport Velká Úpa for 1-day visitors for free.

By bus
Bus connection comes to us from these directions: Prague, Hradec Kralové, Brno, Český Krumlov, Ostrava. during the workweek the interval between bus connections is one hour, during weekends and national holidays there are approximately 10 connections a day Praha - Pec pod Sněžkou. The bus journey from Prague to Pec pod Sněžkou takes about 3 hours.

By train
Train doesn´t commute directly to Pec pod Sněžkou. The nearest station is in Svoboda nad Úpou (track Trutnov - Svoboda nad Upou, provided by private carrier).Buses and skibuses are then arranged from railway station in Trutnov & Svoboda nad Úpou. The journey from Prague to Trutnov takes around 3h 10min by train.

By skibus
A regular ski bus connection from Trutnov to Pec pod Sněžkou is provided for free. We also recently strengthened the connections between SKI PEC and Ski Skiport Velká Úpa: the connections come every 20 min. in high season, 40 min. in low season from 9:00 am to 17:00. The timetable of skibuses is part of the outdoor ski guide. Instead of classical skibus you can also use a tourist train.

It is possible to park directly below the ski slopes. Parking at Ski Pec and Skiport Velká Úpa for 1-day visitors for free.
